Location of In-Person Appointments: 182 Wellington St. Bowmanville. Please enter through the front of the building at The Wellington Lofts, Unit #106 (look for the sign marked “Private Offices”). Once inside, take the stairs on your left to the second floor — please note that there is no elevator access. Free parking is available on-site.
