PLEASE NOTE: There is no physical location for this practice. All visits are offered virtually (video optional) or by telephone. Patients must be present in Ontario, Canada at the time of their appointments.

Please be advised that 24-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations and rescheduling.
Dr. Emily McLaughlin ND will be on maternity leave from July 1st until November 18th, 2024. Dr. Lucie Kellough-Garrett ND will be covering for her during this time. Please schedule appointments as you normally would below.

Virtual
You will receive an email 30 minutes before your appointment with the subject line “Appointment Reminder”. Scroll down and click "Begin Your Online Appointment Here". Depending on your preference, appointments can be audio only or include video. Virtual appointments work best on CHROME for computers, laptops, and Android. For iPhone and iPad users, we recommend SAFARI or downloading the free Jane Online Appointments app from the app store.
If Dr. Emily ND does not see you in the virtual portal within 5 minutes of your appointment starting, then you will receive a phone call. The called ID will say private or unknown number. Please be prepared and answer.
Telephone
Dr. Emily ND will call you at the time of your appointment at the phone number you provided. The caller ID will say private or unknown number. Please be prepared and answer. If you miss the phone call, then she will attempt to call one additional time 3-5 minutes later.
